A high-net-worth family based in Bellevue, Washington is seeking a seasoned, highly responsive Executive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic household. The position is based out of the family office, seperate from the main home. This is a critical, deeply trusted role that acts as the central hub for all aspects of the family's personal and household life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of communication for the family, managing all personal coordination for two principals and their children.
  • Maintain and manage multiple complex calendars, including:
  • Individual schedules for the principals and their children
  • Household staff calendars (chef, nanny, housekeeper, dog walker, security)
  • Dog care schedule (grooming, vet, walkers)
  • Respond to after-hours requests with urgency and clarity; availability 24/7 is expected (though emergencies are rare).
  • Book and manage personal and family travel, including coordination with yacht and flight crews, car services, and staff at secondary residences.
  • Support logistics for medical appointments, passport renewals, and shopping excursions.
  • Assist with holiday and birthday gift planning and personal errands.
  • Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for board meetings and other high-level personal engagements.
  • Coordinate with the principal's executive assistant on overlapping travel and schedules.
  • Provide personal support on occasional international trips (remote, not traveling with the family).

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience in a high-level personal or executive assistant role, ideally supporting a private household or UHNW family.
  • Proven track record of managing highly detailed and dynamic calendars (10+ calendars concurrently).
  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and independent with excellent judgment.
  • Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and calm under pressure.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
  • Tech-savvy and confident using a range of tools to support logistics and communication.
  • Local candidates preferred, but open to relocation for the right fit.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Additional benefits package offered.
