Executive/Personal Assistant to Hotel Developer (Toluca Lake)
Real estate investor who is opening boutique hotel in LA seeks Executive/Personal Assistant for himself and his family. This includes managing their primary residence and help launching the hotel.
Requirements include: Minimum 3 years of personal and/or executive assistant experience; familiarity with HNW clients; knowledge of Mac/Google platforms and Excel; ability to manage a complex calendar; good logistical skills; excellent interpersonal; having a relaxed and focused approach while maintaining high standards. Experience in hospitality a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Vendor management and coordination
- Sourcing
- Errands and shipping
- Moving things between locations
- Calendar
- Communication with teams associated with hotel development
- Supporting team member requests as needed
- Attending and documenting meetings
- Research
- Helping organize charitable causes
