We are seeking a career Executive Personal Assistant to support a high-profile principal in Soho. Ideal for a proactive, organized, and experienced household manager.
This role will sit in their SoHo home Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with some travel to their CT and Hamptons homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily household operations, coordinate with property managers for CT and Hamptons homes, and handle vendor scheduling.
- Support two housekeepers and a chef, manage household supplies, and ensure seamless home maintenance.
- Provide daily updates, manage priorities, and present solutions proactively.
- Oversee household projects, seasonal home preparations, and serve as an emergency contact.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must have at least seven years in private service with long tenure in roles.
- Needs to be proactive, solutions-driven, and highly organized.
- Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage staff and vendors.
- The candidate must be resourceful, independent, and able to follow SOPs.
- Discretion and professionalism are required.
Compensation : $120,000 - $150,000 + Healthcare contributions
