Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex scheduling, including calendar coordination and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit detailed expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including room setup, catering, and presentation materials.
  • Conduct high-level research and support the development of presentations, briefing documents, and talking points.
  • Track internal and external communications, including media monitoring for client coverage.
  • Provide personal support as needed, managing ad hoc requests with discretion and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Invested and curious. You bring a Bachelor's degree and 3-7 years of relevant professional experience-ideally supporting senior executives in communications, PR, or healthcare sectors.
  • Master multitasker. You're comfortable managing multiple priorities and thrive on staying organized.
  • Technically skilled. You can navigate all the applications of Microsoft Office Suite seamlessly and can pick up new programs quickly.
  • Strong Communicator. Excellent research and writing skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborative by nature. You're a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Road ready. You have a car at your disposal, and are comfortable with driving and running errands.
