About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO with daily administrative, personal, and executive tasks. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic & international)
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism
  • Support personal tasks such as errands, reservations, and event coordination
  • Act as gatekeeper and liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed
  • Assist with special projects, research, and ad hoc executive support
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a personal/executive assistant, ideally supporting a C-level executive
  • Bilingual - English & Spanish
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Flexible and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset
