About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO with daily administrative, personal, and executive tasks. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic & international)
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism
- Support personal tasks such as errands, reservations, and event coordination
- Act as gatekeeper and liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Assist with special projects, research, and ad hoc executive support
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a personal/executive assistant, ideally supporting a C-level executive
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Flexible and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset
