Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date. • Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties
• Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc.
• Be the main point of contact for high-level executive Qualifications:
• Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
• Accustomed to working on strict deadlines and handling confidential information
• 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
• Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
