Role Description

This is a hybrid part-time position for an Executive Office Manager. The Executive Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, and offering customer service. Daily tasks include office administration duties, organizing meetings, and maintaining communication channels within the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office logistics, supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination
  • Provide executive assistance to senior leadership
  • Support HR, payroll, and basic accounting processes
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and internal communications
  • Serve as the point of contact for visitors and facility needs

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Proficiency in managing Office Equipment
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred

Schedule:

  • Part-Time (15-25 hours/week)
  • Hybrid with on-site presence required at our Windermere office (9100 Conroy Windermere Rd, STE 210) Monday-Thursday, Friday (remote)
