Seeking an individual with a legal background, from law firm or office of the general counsel:
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a prominent attorney at a boutique finance firm. They should be well-organized and be comfortable booking travel, calendar management, scheduling meetings and handling professional correspondence. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executive
- Book domestic and international travel
- Work with the executive's personal assistant, and the executive's paralegal
- Prepare and submit expense reports for reimbursement
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executive
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives (PowerPoint experience a plus)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
