We are Hiring. LHH is seeking a highly skilled and professional Legal Executive Assistant to join a dynamic legal team. This pivotal role will serve as the main point of contact between attorneys and clients, providing exceptional support while ensuring seamless communication. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter, capable of handling multiple assignments with discretion, maintaining confidentiality, and managing a fast-paced workload with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work occasional overtime is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain busy calendars, emails, and phone communications, scheduling appointments as needed.
- Coordinate and organize complex travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update client files and contact lists.
- Handle document management tasks, including drafting, transcribing, proofreading, and producing correspondence.
- Conserve attorney time by reviewing, researching, and routing correspondence appropriately.
- Screen, monitor, and respond to incoming communications, ensuring timely distribution.
- Process expense reimbursements, manage expenditure reports, and reconcile credit card statements.
- Handle client billing, collections, and time entry.
- Manage client relationships through regular communication with opposing counsel, courts, and clients.
- Oversee client engagement and conflicts processes.
- Assist in business development initiatives and prepare filings.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant in a professional or legal setting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other office technologies.
- Experience with document management systems is highly desirable.
