  • Lead HR Functions Across Multiple Clients: Oversee HR services for various clients, managing HR Service Partners to deliver HR functions on a retainer, on-demand, or project basis, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.

  • Account Leadership and Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for complex clients, handling challenging projects, enhancing relationships, and providing leadership, mentoring, and coaching to HR teams executing client-specific work.

  • HR Expertise and Team Development: Act as a resource for HR Service Partners by staying updated on HR trends, offering insights, and providing guidance to strengthen team capabilities and service quality.

  • Strategic HR Solutions and Compliance: Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies to promote a productive workforce, manage costs, ensure compliance, and align HR infrastructure with client business strategies and cultural objectives.

  • Client Advisory and Implementation: Assess workplace culture, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Develop recommendations, align HR infrastructure with client goals, and lead approved changes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

  • Business Development and Market Presence: Collaborate on proposals to attract new clients, deliver compelling presentations, and maintain a professional presence through events, memberships, and outreach to build credibility and brand recognition.

  • Operational Excellence and Internal Contributions: Manage contracts, service scope, and performance metrics, support internal projects and records, and contribute to business processes while ensuring adherence to company policies and goals.


  • Education and Experience Requirements: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and at least seven years of practical HR experience are required, demonstrating expertise in managing HR functions, leading teams, and business operations.

  • Alternative Qualifications: Combinations of education and experience may be considered to fulfill competency requirements.

  • Continuing Professional Development: Recertification and ongoing education are essential to maintain current knowledge and skills in the HR field.

  • Competency Building: Achieving proficiency involves formal education and real-world experience to develop expertise in key HR functions and leadership.

Salary range is $90 K to 136 K per year.
