Executive Director - Senior Living Indian Land, SC


Are you a bold, people-driven leader with a strong sales mentality and a passion for senior living? We're looking for a high-impact Executive Director (ED) to take the reins at a well-established community just outside of Charlotte, NC.

This isn't your average ED role - we're not a "big box" operator. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced support, including regular touchpoints with your Regional Director of Operations (RDO) and home office. Small region, big impact.



What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed Administrator in South Carolina
  • Senior Living Experience: A proven leader in Assisted Living and Memory Care
  • Sales-Focused: EDs are the sales leaders - we want someone who leans in.
  • Leadership & Development: Experienced manager, willing to coach and elevate your team
  • Change Agent: You've got a track record of moving the needle - and we're ready for momentum
  • Cultural Fit: Strong voice, collaborative spirit, and someone who thrives with visibility and accountability
