Job Description

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Executive Director provides administrative leadership and operational oversight of the Intensive In-Home Services and Texas Home Visiting programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Enroll in Eloomi at time of hire, completing within 12 months and complete all requirements to be certified in the FCT supervisor model within 365 days of start date.

Ensure fidelity of Family Centered Treatment model and work closely with FCT consultant and local FCT leaders.

Ensure fidelity of Family Check-Up/Everyday Parenting and work with FCU consultant as needed, as well as any local THV leader.

Monitor the AIM report for trends and evaluate for program improvement.

Manages the program within budget, monitoring results monthly to assure fiscal goals are met.

Responsible for reviewing and evaluating effectiveness/satisfaction data and implementing necessary changes to improve program quality and achieve established outcomes.

Participates in strategic planning process with Leadership team to develop program growth.

Provides direct supervision and support to the Supervisors, including completion of annual performance evaluation.

Develops and oversees the completion of performance expectations. Conducts corrective counseling, provides guidance, and recommends termination when necessary.

Hires staff in coordination with Human Resources and Supervisor.

Liaison with DFPS, HHSC, the courts, and community partners, assessing community needs and assuring positive relationships.

Assures that record documentation and management information data is complete and accurate.

Advises Vice President of critical trends, problems, or events in program.

Implements Saint Francis' policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), rules, personnel policies, and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms. Ensures clients' rights are protected.

Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.

Requirements

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field (preferred)

Must be 21 years of age.

Must pass a drug screen and TB Skin Test.

FBI Fingerprint Check.

Submit to a Criminal History and DFPS History Check.

Pass a Centralized Background Check through the Texas Health and Human Services Eligibility and any background checks deemed to be necessary.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Lifting requirements of 50 lbs.
