Position Summary:
The Executive Director (ED) is the operational and cultural leader of Inspired Care Solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial management, regulatory compliance, team development, and growth strategies of the agency. The ED serves as the key liaison between staff, clients, community partners, and the executive leadership team-ensuring that the company's mission is reflected in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Culture
- Champion Inspired Care's mission, vision, and values both internally and externally.
- Create and maintain a culture of accountability, compassion, and teamwork.
- Lead, mentor, and support field staff.
- Foster a work environment that promotes employee retention, engagement, and professional growth.
Operations Management
- Ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient day-to-day operations across all service lines.
- Oversee scheduling, service delivery, client satisfaction, and employee performance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date licensure, certifications, and documentation for the agency and its staff.
- Lead audits, surveys, and internal reviews, responding appropriately to findings.
Financial Oversight
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage annual budgets.
- Monitor financial performance, revenue goals, and expense control.
- Support billing, payroll, and vendor relationships to maintain financial health.
Community Relations & Growth
- Represent Inspired Care Solutions in the community through events, partnerships, and advocacy.
- Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new markets to expand the agency's impact.
- Lead marketing and outreach strategies to attract new clients and referral sources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in home health, hospice, senior care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Strong understanding of Texas state regulations for home and community-based services.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and operational systems.
- High emotional intelligence and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
