We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director / General Manager to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, motivated individual to lead and manage our team in providing exceptional care and service to our residents. Our facility offers a variety of services, including Assisted Living, Independent, and Luxury living options. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the facility, ensuring the highest quality of care and service are provided to our residents. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of care and services provided, and to achieve the facility's financial and operational goals.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor staff, providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and abilities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Regularly review and evaluate the facility's performance, implementing changes as needed to improve resident satisfaction and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the healthcare industry, preferably in an Assisted Living, Independent, or Luxury living setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team, with strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff.
• In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing the highest quality of care and service to our residents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems.
