Executive Communications VIP Support Technician with Security Clearance

Description: We are looking for an Executive Communications VIP Support Technician who will provide IT support to all Command Executives within the Chief of Staff Office, all Directors, Deputy Directors, Executive Officers, and the Commander Action Group. To ensure maximum flexibility and efficiency and to encourage cross-training, employees will be assigned additional duties as necessary to ensure mission capability. Responsibilities: Respond immediately to any Executive Communications request for services/support
Deploy IT equipment in NIPR/SIPR/JWICS environments Image and setup Standard Desktop Configurations on Desktop/Laptop PCs Resolve IT issues quickly, effectively, and with the proper documentation Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved Ensure all trouble tickets via the ServiceNow tool are prioritized and response times are in compliance with the PWS requirements
Be detail-oriented to keep detailed notes on tickets Assist users with help desk tickets and C4 Requirements Documents (CRDs) using the ServiceNow management tool Support VIP / Executive Staff site visits
Support USSPACECOM exercises and schedule accordingly
Adhere to required safety procedures to prevent hazards
Engage relevant functional and technical teams for assistance when necessary
Provide support to the CSD Help Desk when not engaging in Executive communications duties
Collaborate with Information Technology Custodian (ITEC), Project Managers, and CRD Analysts as necessary Requirements: Must possess a current TS Security Clearance with eligibility for SCI Must meet and maintain DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II (Sec+, CySA+, CND, etc ) certification requirements throughout employment Associate's degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management (may be used in place of experience)
At least three (3) years of government contracting, or equivalent experience required Must have experience interacting with technical and business stakeholders Good written and interpersonal skills Good client management skills Ability to multi-task Extremely professional and customer-service-oriented Previous experience supporting high-level DoD Executives
Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Experience with ServiceNow
Microsoft Server 2022, 2019, or 2017 Administration Experience
Administrative experience within Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS
Azure Associate Certification
Crestron Technician certification and/or Thinklogical Tech 300 certification
Locations: This position will be expected to perform duties at any customer facilities within Colorado Springs.
