Fine dining restaurant seeks Executive Chef to lead a high-volume, seasonal kitchen with an on-site farm and true farm-to-table focus.
Qualifications:
- 4-5+ years as Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant ($7MM+ annual revenue)
- Expertise in seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine with strong sourcing and sustainability focus
- Background in fine dining (Michelin/James Beard/Forbes preferred) with classical training
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all culinary operations, managing seasonal menus, food costs, and quality standards
- Lead & mentor a BOH team of 25+, fostering excellence in a high-volume, fine-dining kitchen
- Collaborate with on-site farm partners to integrate fresh, hyper-local ingredients into dishes
