Location: Mumbai or Remote, India

Experience: 2-5 years in employment-based green card processes, including:

  • PERM Labor Certification
  • I-140 Immigrant Petitions
  • Adjustment of Status (AOS)

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare I-140 immigrant visa petitions (EB-1C, EB-2, EB-3).
  • Conduct EB-1C petition detailed assessments.
  • Prepare and file Adjustment of Status (AOS) applications.
  • Draft Naturalisation Petitions.
  • Liaise with corporate clients, HR teams, and foreign nationals.
  • Analyse eligibility and develop case strategies with attorneys/team leads.
  • Track deadlines and ensure compliance with USCIS and DOL requirements.
  • Respond to RFEs and USCIS notices as needed.
  • Maintain case data within internal case management systems.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

What We Look For

  • Strong understanding of U.S. immigration, specifically I-140 and AOS processing.
  • Excellent drafting, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and strong client engagement abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification or law degree (domestic or international) preferred.
  • Experience with immigration case management systems (e.g., INSZoom).
  • Strong knowledge of USCIS and DOL regulations.
  • Ability to meet SLAs and processing deadlines.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. business immigration.
  • Passion for process improvement and best practice implementation.
