Job Title: Executive Assistant with Adobe Illustrator Skills

Location: Vineyard, Utah (near 1600 North, by the Harley-Davidson building)
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour, DOE
Benefits: Health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and more
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Environment: Onsite position; candidates must be local to the area and dependable.

About Screenplay:
Screenplay is the largest contract-only screen printer and apparel decorator in the Midwest. Based in Vineyard, Utah, we serve top promotional companies and are experiencing rapid growth. We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with Adobe Illustrator skills to support our Senior Account Manager and assist in creating visual proofs for custom apparel orders.

Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant with Adobe Illustrator Skills will provide high-level administrative support and assist in the creation of visual proofs for custom apparel orders. This dual-role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering timely, polished presentations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls, provide assistance, and take messages when necessary
  • Create apparel mockups and customer proofs using Adobe Illustrator
  • Assist the Senior Account Manager in managing high-value client accounts
  • Draft and send professional emails and communications on behalf of the executive
  • Review and prioritize customer emails and calls; respond or escalate as needed
  • Perform quality checks on outgoing apparel related to your assigned jobs
  • Track artwork and garment approvals; send reminders or follow-ups as needed
  • Help coordinate fulfillment and shipping needs for approved orders
  • Monitor incoming product deliveries; follow up with customers regarding any missing or delayed items
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely receipt of products
  • Communicate proactively with customers about product availability and delivery timelines
  • Maintain accurate customer records, documents, and reports
  • Use tools like Microsoft Office to prepare reports, presentations, or special projects
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Friendly, dependable, and solution-oriented
