Executive Assistant to the EVP of Sales - Smart, Personable & Automation-Savvy

We're looking for a highly capable, personable, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our Executive Vice President of Sales
This role is about maximizing efficiency and protecting the EVP's time. You'll screen all inbound communication, ensure only the most qualified opportunities reach the EVP, and use automation tools to streamline processes across email, scheduling, lead follow-up, and document flow.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary gatekeeper for the EVP's email, calls, and calendar
- Pre-screen all inbound leads and inquiries to surface only the most qualified
- Build and manage automations using tools like Zapier, Mailchimp, PandaDoc, and CRM platforms
- Prepare and manage documents, follow-ups, and basic reporting
- Ensure meetings are efficient, scheduled with the right people, and fully prepped

- Are organized, detail-oriented, and great at prioritizing
- Are proficient (or eager to become an expert) in Zapier, Mailchimp, PandaDoc, and productivity tools
- Have a problem-solving mindset and love creating order from chaos
- Learn fast, work well independently, and bring a positive attitude every day
Experience:
- 2+ years as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or similar support role
- Industry experience not required - we value intelligence, adaptability, and drive over credentials
