About the Role:
Unifi Aviation is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chairman. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role ideal for an elite-level executive assistant with a background in finance and experience supporting top-tier leadership in a multinational environment. This individual will serve as the right hand to the Chairman, managing communications, overseeing day-to-day operations of the office, and contributing to financial planning and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all communication from the Chairman's office, including managing email correspondence, drafting high-level documents, and coordinating internal and external communications.
- Provide full executive-level administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Conduct research and prepare executive summaries, briefing materials, and financial analyses to support decision-making.
- Manage special projects, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of initiatives across departments.
- Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to support planning and execution of corporate strategies.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion on all matters related to the Chairman's professional and personal affairs.
- Liaise with global stakeholders and high-profile partners as a representative of the Chairman's office.
- Coordinate estate-related activities and logistics when required.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar executive support role, preferably in a Fortune 500 or other large international corporation.
- Direct experience supporting a Chairman, CEO, or C-suite executive.
- Strong financial literacy or educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with demonstrated success in managing complex tasks and deadlines.
- Highly polished communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in the Atlanta office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional writing or editorial experience.
- Bilingual in English and another language (Spanish, French, or Mandarin preferred).
- Experience in estate management or handling high-net-worth individual logistics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other productivity tools.
