We are seeking a highly organized, intuitive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support a Founder of a beauty brand based in Los Angeles, CA. This role is pivotal in ensuring the Founder operates at her highest level, serving as a strategic gatekeeper, thought partner, and trusted extension of her office. The ideal candidate is poised, calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-demand environment where discretion and foresight are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless administrative support including calendar and schedule management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, task prioritization, and digital file organization
- Serve as a primary liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional, discreet, and prompt communication
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to synthesize and present relevant information for clear, confident decision-making
- Support brand-facing initiatives such as product launches, press interviews, events, and high-level meetings
- Oversee the Personal Assistant to the Founder, ensuring aligned communication and productivity across the Founder's personal and professional priorities
- Work closely with the Founder's estate team, PR team, personal publicist, and other close collaborators to maintain a synchronized schedule and workflow
- Join meetings, take accurate and thoughtful notes, and keep track of key due dates and deliverables
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience supporting a high-level executive, preferably in a founder-led or fast-paced environment
- Based in Los Angeles, with flexibility for in-person support as needed
- Demonstrated discretion, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
- Proficient in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets), Outlook, Keynote, and Excel
- Composed under pressure, highly proactive, and capable of anticipating and meeting executive needs with little direction
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote with in-person flexibility on the Westside)
Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience.
