We're hiring an Executive Business Support Specialist to work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer in a dynamic, revenue-driven environment. If you have a background in financial services, private equity, or commercial lending, and you excel at supporting high-level executives, we want to hear from you.
Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000
What You'll Do:
- Executive & Calendar Management:
- Manage the CRO's schedule, prioritize revenue-generating meetings, and serve as the key point of contact for communications.
- Investor & Deal Relations:
- Prepare investor presentations and pitch decks, track relationships in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), and coordinate follow-ups with investors and partners.
- Document & Compliance Management:
- Organize financial, legal, and investment documents, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare materials for due diligence (NDAs, term sheets, data room content).
- Revenue & Sales Support:
- Track sales pipelines and revenue forecasts, support business development by researching potential clients, and coordinate investor communications.
- Client & Relationship Management:
- Maintain an organized CRM, nurture leads, assist with onboarding new clients, and manage initial outreach via email or LinkedIn.
- Communication & Correspondence:
- Draft emails, proposals, and correspondence on behalf of the CRO, and liaise with internal teams to align revenue strategies.
- Travel & Event Coordination:
- Plan business travel logistics and organize industry events, investor conferences, and networking engagements.
- Marketing & Content Support:
- Contribute to content creation for LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns, track engagement metrics, and collaborate on branding efforts.
- Sales Strategy & Performance Insights:
- Analyze outreach methods, suggest improvements for email templates and call scripts, and identify process bottlenecks.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience 2- 10 years supporting high-level executives in fast-paced, revenue-focused environments.
- Expertise with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Lending LOS,Go high Level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, research, and analytical skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
