Executive Assistant Reports To: Chief Operations Officer

Role: Provide confidential, professional, administrative support for the Chief Operations Officer. This is a fast-paced position with varying duties with required follow through. Prepare reports, correspondence, manuals, spreadsheets, and all other communications utilizing a broad range of computer systems.
Job Responsibilities: - Provides a variety of administrative tasks necessary to assist management including research, report preparation, informational request, and clerical support.
- Assist in scheduling and/or arranging interviews, appointments, meetings, business trips, etc.
- Perform specialized and confidential administrative duties, including but not limited to preparing minutes, correspondence, manuals, spreadsheets, and other communications.
- Coordinates and assists with preparation for all meetings.
- Draft, review, and edit various business documents, including emails, memoranda, reports, and presentations.
- Review contracts and legal documents, offering analysis and feedback on the language and terms contained therein.
- Maintain and update administrative records, policies, procedures, and reports.
- Manage and control multiple calendars.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other duties as directed.
Knowledge and Skills Experience: Two to five years of similar or related experience
Education: College Degree preferred
Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others.
