Our client, a leading Private Equity firm, is seeking a professional and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to their Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives and must have a strong background in finance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CMO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing last-minute changes seamlessly.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all internal and external communications on behalf of the CMO.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit high-stakes documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Organize and oversee critical marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are executed with excellence.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Prepare for executive meetings by creating agendas, capturing detailed notes, and ensuring actionable follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to facilitate smooth operations and alignment across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a senior executive in private equity, financial services, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
