Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly polished Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and offer light assistance to his direct reports. Responsibilities:
- Support the CFO with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Assist the direct reports to the CFO with light administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and handling requests.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring everything is in place for smooth, efficient operations.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and ensure the CFO is well-prepared and informed for all meetings.
- Manage confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Provide office management support as needed, ensuring an efficient office environment.
- Act as a liaison between the CFO, leadership team, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks, providing organizational support as the company continues its growth and expansion.
- Help organize travel, lodging, and expenses for the CFO and occasionally for other senior leaders.
Qualifications/Background:
- 7+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role, preferably within the Finance or FinTech industry.
- Strong understanding of the C-suite environment and experience supporting high-level executives.
- Traditional Executive Assistant background with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong proficiency with office software (eg, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, calendar management tools, expense management systems).
- Polished communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and maintain discretion in all dealings with confidential and sensitive information.
