The Opportunity

We're searching for a self-motivated, organized, and flexible Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Owner. This isn't your average desk job-it's a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is ready to take on a mix of strategy, logistics, and execution.

This role is based in The Woodlands, Texas but requires regular international travel and round-the-clock availability to support business across time zones.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the CEO's schedule, calendar, travel, and priorities
  • Coordinate across international teams, partners, and clients
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and confidential documents
  • Lead or support special projects from planning through execution
  • Represent the CEO at meetings, events, and factory visits when needed
  • Keep operations running smoothly by proactively solving problems and staying five steps ahead
  • Maintain clear communication and strict confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For

Fluent in English (Spanish is a major plus)

3-5+ years in an Executive Assistant or similar high-level support role

Based in or willing to relocate to The Woodlands, TX

Willing and able to travel internationally on short notice

Excellent with time management, organization, and communication

Tech-savvy - comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools

Calm under pressure, sharp in execution, and hungry to grow

Strong interest in food/agriculture/sustainability is a plus
