Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Position Summary
Reed's Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Administrator to support our Chief Executive Officer. This dual-role position requires an individual with exceptional organizational, communication, and judgment skills who can manage complex scheduling, confidential communications, and key administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting C-level executives and office administration in a fast-paced, public company or high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's daily calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across time zones
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare materials for executive meetings, board meetings, investor briefings, and presentations
- Track key projects, deadlines, and action items, ensuring follow-ups are completed
- Coordinate business travel, itineraries, expense reports, and accommodations
- Support the CEO's participation in investor relations, press engagements, and strategic partnerships
- Oversee day-to-day office operations in the Norwalk headquarters
- Serve as the main point of contact for facility management, vendors, and service providers
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general administrative needs
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires in collaboration with HR
- Organize team events, leadership offsites, and company-wide meetings
- Maintain an organized filing and documentation system for executive and administrative records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; business or administrative background preferred
- Minimum 12 years of experience supporting senior executives (CEO, President, or C-level)
- Experience in a public company or fast-paced startup/scale-up environment strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams/Zoom, Power Point and cloud-based productivity tools (Outlook, DocuSign, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
