JCW is partnering with a fast-growing financial services firm that is seeking a sharp, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support its CEO. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and wants to be a trusted right hand to executive leadership. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll be the backbone of day-to-day operations-balancing strategic insight with executional excellence. This isn't just a scheduling job. You'll help manage investor communications, review critical documents, track team performance, and ensure the CEO is equipped to lead effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, meetings, and travel logistics with precision and flexibility
- Draft and review emails, investor updates, and other communications
- Analyze contracts and business documents, flagging key risks and terms
- Take meeting notes, track action items, and proactively follow up on deliverables
- Liaise between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, and investors
- Prepare professional-quality reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Conduct research and make vendor or business recommendations based on value and quality
- Support the CEO in high-pressure situations, including occasional after-hours needs
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in financial services.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Dropbox, and Salesforce (or similar CRMs)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
