This role is dual reporting to the CEO and Chief Creative Officer. This person will support both executives across a wide range of operational and creative endeavors. Candidates must have precise, detail-oriented organizational skills, as well as excellent verbal communication and writing abilities. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, experience in handling complex scheduling, an understanding of the entertainment industry, and a positive attitude.

Role Summary:
- Anticipate needs and provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CCO
- Expertly manage complex calendars - prioritize inquiries and requests for meetings, conference calls, meals, and other engagements while troubleshooting conflicts; proactively make recommendations to ensure day-to-day schedule is running smoothly
- Be the outward-facing representative of both the execs and of the company when working with internal staff and external partners
- Draft correspondence as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements - research and book travel, including flights, hotels, ensuring meticulous preparation, build itineraries, coordinate with required parties at the destination
- Lead or contribute to special projects, providing cross-departmental support as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years supporting VP or C-suite level executives in a fast-paced film, TV, production, agency, or entertainment-related company (required)
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, high-volume calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Extremely trustworthy with the maturity and ability to handle sensitive information professionally and discretely
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, quick learner
