Our company mentors CEOs around the world to scale their companies. And one of my biggest joys in life is seeing the clients we serve transform their lives and turn their wildest dreams into reality.
I'm constantly juggling a zillion things, easily distracted (ADHD), and constantly forgetting things. Sometimes important follow-ups can slip through the cracks. So I need help in order to be as efficient and effective as possible.
In short, I need someone who has the experience of taking things from my brain, devising a plan, anticipating what I have not even thought of yet, and making it all happen seamlessly.
Your role would include things like managing my schedule, zoom calls, calendar, emails, running errands if needed, planning my travel, responding to requests for interviews, attending my meetings and handling follow-up and more.
If you are a forward thinker, mulit-tasker, that is adept at anticipating the needs of others If you are pro-active, not just great at completing tasks, but can think strategically and learn quickly, you have great writing ability (needed for emails, reports, crafting submissions, agendas, etc )
