Job Overview:
A fast-moving founder is seeking a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to help organize and optimize both personal and business operations. This is a hybrid role - a lot of the work can be done remotely, but some tasks require in-person availability. Must be based in Austin and have a reliable vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run local errands and handle personal tasks (must have your own vehicle)
- Manage calendar, inbox, scheduling, and appointments
- Make purchases (personal and business-related)
- Support light marketing and email tasks
- Shop, organize, and keep both work and life streamlined
- Use digital tools to manage workflows and increase efficiency
- Help with tooling, automation, and project organization
- Adapt to changing priorities in a startup environment
Tools You'll Use:
- Gmail & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Notion, ClickUp
- Momence (preferred, but not required)
Requirements:
- Based in Austin, TX
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-managing
- Comfortable with communication and productivity tools
- Strong communication and discretion
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience a plus
