We're hiring a sharp, resourceful Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced CEO managing multiple ventures in healthcare, real estate, and marketing. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond the desk-you'll be involved in operations, on-site real estate projects, marketing coordination, and keeping the CEO organized and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and daily priorities
- Track and pay bills, assist with light bookkeeping and financial organization
- Support marketing and website projects, including coordination with contractors and creatives
- Help organize inboxes, documents, contracts, and workflows
- Assist with real estate operations-including project tracking, on-site visits, and vendor coordination
- Meet with city officials or inspectors when needed for permits, walk-throughs, or compliance
- Handle personal and business admin tasks to maximize CEO productivity
- Utilize basic AI tools to streamline workflows, research, and task automation
What We're Looking For:
- Extremely organized and solution-oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks across different industries
- Strong communicator-professional with vendors, city officials, and internal team
- Able to manage time effectively and work independently
- Tech-savvy, with a working knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or Zapier
- Experience with real estate, construction, or small business operations is a big plus
- Based in Dallas with ability to be on-site several days per week
