Executive Assistant to CEO, Highly Successful Health Plan Administrative Services Firm, Hybrid, Austin, Texas
Our client, a highly successful and well-established health care administration firm is looking for a right hand Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate has experience working at a fast pace, is very tech savvy and likes to create presentations/decks in PowerPoint. This is a hybrid position, with flexibility to go in the office or work remotely depending on what is going on. The CEO lives in Chicago and most of the other employees are remote so there is a lot of flexibility. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 5 years of high- level C-Suite support experience with excellent follow-up and project management skills
About the Job:
Support the CEO as a right hand with all day-to-day matters including managing an ever- changing calendar, prioritizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Prioritize emails and craft responses on the CEOs behalf
Organize and manage travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
Draft letters, memos, presentations, reports and other documents for the CEO and executive team
Conduct research and provide assistance to special projects, including research, data analysis and event planning
Review incoming communication on behalf of executive team, review contents, determine importance and summarize or distribute content to the executive team
Attend meetings as needed on behalf of executive team and take notes/action items
Expense reporting
Other ad hoc projects

About You:
At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a high- level busy c-suite executive
Bachelors Degree
Very detail oriented with the ability to change gears quickly - a true multi-tasker and problem solver who can anticipate needs
High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; excellent PowerPoint skills and tech savvy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
