Key Responsibilities Marketing, Outreach & Client Engagement Community & Industry Outreach - Reach out to local and national real estate/business platforms monthly to secure article placements and promotional opportunities.
- Engage with local businesses, government offices, and organizations to foster partnerships and increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate direct-mail postcard campaigns to promote recent property sales, leveraging materials from targeted farmed areas.
- Assist in executing charity initiatives per year , collaborating with local organizations and promoting events to the Rainmaker's network.
Social Media Support - Post monthly updates on social media using branded templates for property statuses
- Maintain a consistent online presence with engaging, community-focused content that attracts potential clients and reinforces brand identity.
Referral Management - Track and manage referral forms within the office, ensuring timely processing and follow-ups to maximize referral opportunities.
Client & Relationship Management Past Client Outreach Birthday Book Club Mailed Cards (Thinking of You) Key Qualifications - Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, social media management, or client engagement roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation.
- Experience in event coordination and relationship management.
- A proactive mindset with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and local community engagement strategies is a plus.
