D3 Search is actively seeking an Executive Assistant (supporting in-house corp. legal dept.) for a renowned hospital/healthcare facility situated in Los Angeles (East Hollywood 90027):

Temporary-to-Hire. Duration: 90-days.
Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides the highest level of executive support and serves as the primary contact for senior executives (i.e., VPs and SVPs). The executive assistant understands the executive's line of business, clients and team, and is empowered to execute decisions on behalf of the executive. Represents and supports the executive in client and non-client activities, often acting as a liaison between the executive and their organization or clients. The executive assistant completes high quality work to meet established goals, independently, with a large degree of autonomy and limited supervision.
Note: This is a fully on-site position located in the facility's in-house corporate legal department and will support the hospital's General Counsel.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ year's professional office experience (legal industry preferred). Advanced secretarial and administrative experience required. Meeting and event planning support preferred. Will coordinate meetings and handle multiple projects as assigned.
Education/Licensure/Certifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Hourly Rate/Salary Compensation:
Hourly rate is $35.00-$38.00/hr. during temporary period. Once hired on as a full-time employee, salary is DOE/DOQ (market).
