$31.58 - $47.38 an hour - Full-Time Days, 40 hours per week
Boulder Community Health is seeking an Executive Assistant Supervisor who provides executive support and assistance the Vice Presidents and the Administration department's leadership team. This individual also supervises director level administrative support staff. They are responsible for team development and working with leadership to meet administrative needs.

Qualifications
• Associate's degree or equivalent Administrative Assistant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree and/or coursework in business administration, management, healthcare administration, public health, or related field preferred.
• State of Colorado Notary Public preferred.
• Five or more years of mid- or executive-level professional office administrative support experience required.
• Experience with event and/or travel planning required.
• Hospital or medical background preferred.
• Former direct supervisory and/or team performance management experience highly desirable.
Responsibilities
• Supervises a team of director-level administrative assistants.
• Responsible for performance management, problem resolution, training and onboarding, and coverage planning for director-level administrative assistants.
• Oversees and provides input to Administrative Manager on hiring, firing, and corrective action decisions for director-level administrative assistants.
• Supports BCH Vice President(s) and provides administrative support for other departmental leaders as needed.
• Manages and coordinates VP schedule, schedules meetings with physicians, directors, managers, and other administrative and executive staff of BCH.
• Coordinates and arranges for multiple meetings throughout the Department.
• Coordinates and arranges interviews and interview panels.
• Plans and coordinates special events.
• Manages and coordinates databases.
• Manages and coordinates intranet site(s) and communication.
• Assists in preparing educational presentations.
• Supervises a team of administrative staff, training and developing them to enhance performance.
• Facilitates the development of strong working relationships between administrative support staff and the directors whom they support. Ensures directors have the support they need to operate effectively.
• Provides input to the Administrative Manager on the structure of the administrative team and opportunities to optimize staffing allocation.
• Coordinates with the Administrative Manager and other managers to ensure alignment with the company's mission, vision, core values, and objectives.
