Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and professional
Executive Assistant Senior to provide high-level administrative support to executives. This role involves handling clerical and administrative tasks, serving as a liaison between executives and key stakeholders, and making independent decisions when needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in administrative and board-level meetings, ensuring compliance with Hospital Bylaws, JCAHO standards, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare agendas, distribute materials, take and transcribe meeting minutes, and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Provide courteous and professional reception and telephone service, determining the nature and urgency of inquiries and resolving conflicts when possible.
- Act as a liaison between executives, medical staff, board members, donors, associates, and the public.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in office and calendar management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a healthcare or corporate executive setting is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
