Job Description
- Manage and respond to emails on behalf of the executive
- Work on projects pertaining to customer updates within the CRM system
- Provide phone support, including screening and directing calls
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with sales calls, including note-taking, follow-ups, and scheduling client meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications: Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience within an executive level support role
- Experience with a CRM software like Salesforce and/or Hubspot preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a client-facing capacity
- Experience handling sales calls or supporting sales teams is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small office environment
Additional Information
Compensation: $65-85K
This is a full-time, in person position that will require a 40 + hour work week.
