Candidate will assume the responsiblities for:
Financial Management
- Review vendor supply cost and provide recommendations for purchasing
- Maintain par inventory levels
- Account for utilized supplies
- Organize invoices and packing slips to allow entry into accounts payable cycle
- Manage inventory software providing reports as requested
Human Resources
- Manage payroll software effectively and without errors
- Provide weekly overtime report to management team
- Maintain employee files
- Ensure paperwork is complete and submitted for
- New Hire
- Wage change
- Disciplinary Actions
- Assist with recruitment of employees by assisting with initial screening of applicant and reference verifications
