Join a Dynamic Executive Team as an Executive & Personal Assistant to the President
This is not your average admin role-it's a high-impact, fast-moving opportunity at the intersection of business and lifestyle.
Our client is looking for a driven, sharp, and service-oriented individual to step into a uniquely blended role-Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to the President. This is the heartbeat of the operation: part right-hand, part gatekeeper, part operations guru, and part trusted confidant.
If you thrive on making life run smoothly-for both a high-performing executive and their extended world-and love juggling details, anticipating needs before anyone even says them out loud, and bringing calm to chaos this might be your dream job.
What You'll Do As Executive Assistant:
• Be the President's strategic partner-managing calendars, meetings, travel, and time with precision and insight.
• Master complex schedules, prioritize what's most important, and keep everything (and everyone) on track.
• Prepare expense reports, coordinate executive communications, and manage the flow of information with total confidentiality.
• Plan and support high-level meetings, off-sites, and company events-adding thoughtful touches that make things seamless and memorable.
Anticipate what's needed before it's even asked for and keep internal projects moving by tracking deliverables and action items.
• Operate as a trusted extension of the executive-someone who "just gets it."
As Personal Assistant:
• Make the personal side of life run like a well-oiled machine-think personal appointments, errands and family schedules
• Plan travel (both business and personal), coordinate with staff at the executive's residence, and ensure every detail is thought through.
• Help organize personal events and philanthropic activities-bringing polish and professionalism to every touchpoint.
• Be a true liaison between the President's world and those around them-family, friends, vendors, and more.
Who You Are:
• A natural organizer and multitasker who thrives in high-energy environments.
• A clear communicator, both written and verbal, with the grace to handle sensitive conversations and shifting priorities.
• Someone who takes initiative, loves solving problems, and can keep things moving without hand-holding.
• A calm, composed presence with a polished, professional style-and a sense of humor doesn't hurt either.
What You Bring:
• 7-10 years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred).
• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or agency work is a plus.
• Technical fluency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and communication tools like Zoom or Slack.
• Excellent writing and editing skills-you know how to craft a message that hits.
This is a role for someone who wants to be indispensable-not just "helpful." If you're the kind of person who handles big responsibilities with grace, loves staying ten steps ahead, and brings both heart and hustle to your work, we want to hear from you.
