The Texas-Israel Alliance was founded in 2007 as the official state chamber connecting Texas and Israel.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening economic ties and forging lasting partnerships that drive innovation and economic growth for the mutual benefit of Texas and Israel.
Position Overview
We seek an organized, passionate, and ambitious Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to support our leadership and ensure the smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate excels at administrative and operational tasks while also bringing experience in community engagement and event production.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Operations & Logistics: Oversee project management, assist with expense tracking, manage basic legal agreements, and coordinate travel.
- Marketing & Communications: Support social media updates and website content.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of networking and business events.
- Membership & Community Support: Maintain membership databases and respond to member inquiries.
- General Office Management: Handle budgeting, scheduling, and administrative support tasks.

- Event Coordination Experience: Experience in planning or supporting events.

Compensation & Logistics
- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Bonus Potential: Performance-based incentives.
- Location: Remote, based in Austin, TX, with occasional in-person meetings.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
- Travel: Occasional travel for board meetings, events, and business engagements.
