The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running to help a 20 person real estate investment manager's office run like clockwork.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for office management duties, including ordering office supplies, and ensuring a neat and organized workspace.
- Serve as the liaison between the office and building maintenance.
- Plan, organize, and execute company-wide, holiday, and executive events.
- Scheduling/admin support for one or more partners.
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives.
- Assist partners with personal administrative duties, as needed.
- Assist with ad hoc projects, including HR, Investor Relations, Event Planning, Marketing & Branding, and Social Media.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5-10+ years experience in executive support ideally in real estate or finance industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- High level of enthusiasm, energy, and creativity; positive attitude.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Judgment and discretion regarding sensitive and confidential information.
