About the Executive Assistant and Office Manager Role: The Executive Assistant and Office Manager will keep our day-to-day running smoothly while supporting our Executive Director and senior leaders with precision, professionalism, and warmth. This role is as dynamic as it is essential-it supports key decision-makers, manages an incredible office team, and orchestrates events that bring our school and community together.

Compensation: $71,400 - $87,354What You'll Do:

Be the Right Hand to Leadership
  • Draft polished communications, professional memos, reports, and presentations for senior leadership
  • Coordinate travel and accommodations for executives, board members, and key staff
  • Manage inboxes and communications on behalf of the Executive Director-filtering, prioritizing, and following up
  • Schedule and organize meetings, take notes, and prepare clear, actionable minutes
  • Keep office records, supplies, and bookkeeping tasks organized and up to date
  • Send timely, professional communication using school-approved platforms
Lead the Office with Purpose
  • Supervise, mentor, and support a high-performing office team
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently, in compliance with policies and laws
  • Step in with hands-on help for sensitive or high-priority matters
Make School Events Shine
  • Partner with our Parent Engagement Network to plan and execute memorable school events
  • Lead coordination of community-wide events alongside staff and stakeholders
    Manage room bookings and building calendars to keep everything in sync
Education and Experience Needed To Be Successful:
  • An associate's, bachelor's, or post-secondary course in office-related fields is preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative or management experience required.
