This role requires sharp attention to detail, strong project management abilities, and polished interpersonal skills. You'll serve as both an internal and external point of contact, managing a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support leadership with gatekeeping, scheduling and correspondence with external players.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and domestic/international travel with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary office liaison, managing relationships with vendors and building staff, and addressing operational needs as they arise.
  • Represent the start-up professionally by negotiating vendor contracts, conducting research, tracking budgets, and handling ad hoc administrative support.
  • Keep the office organized and well-stocked, proactively managing supplies and anticipating needs.
  • Draft, review, and edit invoices, emails, financial reports, and agreements.
  • Support team members with special projects, event planning, and project management initiatives.

Why You'll Love Working Here:

  • This role is mostly in-person with the opportunity for light remote work.

What We're Looking For:

  • Action-ready. You possess a Bachelor's degree in hand with direct experience supporting a driven executive team. Start-up experience and comfort with shifting priorities are highly valued.
  • Organizational ace. You take pride in your ability to execute seamlessly and turn "to-do" lists into "done."
  • Diplomatic. You communicate thoughtfully, make informed decisions, and adapt based on team feedback.
  • Engaged. You don't wait around for instructions from others; you take the initiative to help your team accomplish goals.
  • Humble go-getter. You see every new challenge as a chance to prove yourself.
  • Service oriented. You deliver your work with a strong sense of professionalism and support-both internally and externally.
