What You'll Be Doing:
Marketing & Branding
- Design and implement engaging marketing campaigns
- Create Canva designs for digital and print (flyers, mailers, Reels covers, etc.)
- Create Instagram Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content
- Maintain cohesive branding across all platforms
- Run Facebook ads and manage performance tracking
- Write blog posts and support PR (HARO, Qwoted, etc.)
- Manage Google My Business, reviews, and online reputation
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline content creation
- Build and send newsletters with Flodesk
Client Experience & Admin
- Provide concierge-level customer service throughout the buying/selling journey
- Handle client gifting (birthdays, anniversaries, closings)
- Maintain and update the CRM database
- Manage calendar - appointments, showings, vendor meetings, etc.
- Coordinate listings: signage, scheduling photographers, uploading to MLS
- Prep materials and logistics for open houses and events
- Track and improve internal systems for better efficiency
- Assist with one-off tasks or errands related to business needs
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, admin, or real estate
- Are confident using Canva and love making content look polished
- Understand Instagram, TikTok, and what works with audiences today
- Are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly, both in writing and in person
- Are familiar with (or open to learning) ChatGPT, Flodesk, CRMs, and Facebook Ads
- Are a natural problem-solver who takes initiative
- Are open to continuous learning, especially in real estate and digital marketing
