Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure executives' time is used effectively.
- Draft, review, and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage travel arrangements and assist with event planning as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in an accessible manner.
- Assist with team coordination, including scheduling team meetings and preparing agendas.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth operation of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in administrative roles (preferred, but not required).
