Job Title: Executive Assistant Intern (UNPAID)

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Location: Remote (If Atlanta based, may need to come into the office once a month)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure executives' time is used effectively.
  • Draft, review, and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage travel arrangements and assist with event planning as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in an accessible manner.
  • Assist with team coordination, including scheduling team meetings and preparing agendas.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth operation of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles (preferred, but not required).
