About the Role This is a critical support role focused on enabling our partners to lead, manage, and grow the firm effectively. You'll be the go-to person for everything from calendar and meeting coordination to document preparation and internal follow-up. It's part gatekeeper, part air traffic control, and part trusted advisor - all rolled into one. This role is 90% business-focused, with approximately 10% involving personal assistance. • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and appointments for both partners
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including prep materials, agendas, and action items
• Handle travel bookings & expense reimbursements
• Draft, review, and format documents, emails, and presentations with a high degree of professionalism Communication
• Serve as liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring follow-up on key tasks and deadlines
• Serve as liaison between the partners and clients, vendors, and external stakeholders
• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
• Track and manage to-do lists, legal filing deadlines, and administrative workflows
• Ensure timely communication and high responsiveness on behalf of the partners Office & Team Coordination
• Support general office management tasks and help maintain a productive environment
• Assist with the onboarding of new staff and coordination with HR or vendors as needed
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Schedule personal appointments, reservations, or travel as requested.
• Coordinate with vendors for personal matters (e.g., home services, deliveries)
• Manage certain personal logistics that may impact work schedules. Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role
• Outstanding organization and time management skills - you're known for keeping others on track
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email/calendar platforms, and modern file management tools
• Strong attention to detail, reliability ,and follow-through
• Proactive, resourceful, and quick to anticipate needs or spot issues
• Composed under pressure and skilled at juggling multiple priorities
• Legal or professional services experience is a plus, but not required
• Loyal and able to keep confidentiality Compensation: $65,000 +/- DOE

Compensation:
$65,000 per year
