EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
This position supports the Executive Pastor and the Family Church Business Office.
Prerequisites
- Five or more years experience as assistant to executive leader.
- High degree of confidentiality.
- Record of consistent, high-level performance.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hospitable, positive, and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
General Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, schedules and communications for Executive Pastor.
- Maintain agreements and contracts managed by the Business Office.
- Coordinate staff and church Business Meetings, including scheduling, agenda and minutes.
- Coordinate staff planning for retreats and conventions, including accommodations, reports and attendance.
- Coordinate church-wide events as assigned.
- Proficient in church systems, including eSpace, Nexonia, Intaact, and Ministry Platform.
- Receive and process invoices managed by the Business Office.
- Prepare monthly expense and budget statements for the Executive Pastor.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain cooperative spirit assisting others when needed or requested.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
