Part-Time Executive Office Assistant

About the Role

As an Executive Office Assistant, you'll be a key contributor to the success of our clients and executive team. This is a dynamic role that blends creativity, precision, and administrative skill. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creative and Communication Support
  • Drafting and designing open enrollment guides, employee communications, and client presentations
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and white papers
  • Administrative and Client Operations
  • Supporting executive leadership with calendar coordination, reporting, and document management
  • Managing enrollments, terminations, benefit changes, and carrier communications
  • Handling mail and downloading monthly client/vendor statements
  • Preparing and organizing open enrollment materials with attention to deadlines and accuracy
  • Office Culture and Team Coordination
  • Scheduling monthly team activities
  • Coordinating and supporting webinar logistics
  • Keeping the office (and its plants.) healthy and thriving

What We're Looking For

You're the type of person who shines in a "best supporting role." You may have a background in law, communications, HR, or operations, but are now seeking a position that allows for meaningful contribution without a 60-hour workweek.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • A clear and thoughtful communicator
  • A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in accuracy
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; design experience (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) is a plus
  • Excited to support high-level executives and client needs
  • Warm, humble, and enthusiastic about helping others succeed
