Growing Private Equity Firm seeking an experienced Executive Assistant.
Support 2-3 Managing Directors and team with all Exec.Asst responsibilities.
- Provide administrative support with diligence and accuracy. Serve as a gatekeeper and representative of the team managing multiple requests while maintaining good relationships.
- Coordinate calendar meetings across multiple time zones managing last minute changes.
- Coordinate meeting logistics including conference room reservations, access for remote participants, catering, meeting materials.
- Research, plan, and coordinate extensive domestic and international travel details such as flight, hotel, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate events for the team and outings.
- Research, plan, coordinate and book travel and meeting arrangements for senior leadership, global executives, and government officials visiting from other locations.
Requirements:
- College Grad
- 5-10 years Exec.Asst experience from corporate setting.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a hectic, fast paced global work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills while understanding the need for discretion and confidentiality.
